How do we reserve our wedding date?
The first step is scheduling a wedding consultation! This gives us the opportunity to get to know one another, talk through your wedding day, discuss your vision, and answer any questions you may have. I believe it’s important that we both feel like we’re a great fit before moving forward. If you decide that LeAnn Kay Photography is the perfect fit for your wedding, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. Your wedding date is officially reserved once your signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.
Do you help create our timeline?
Yes! One of my favorite parts of the planning process is helping couples create a timeline that allows the day to flow smoothly while making sure we have plenty of time for all of the moments that matter most. I’ll work with you before your wedding to help create a photography timeline that fits your day and helps everything stay as relaxed as possible.
When will we receive our gallery?
My typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, depending on the season and my current editing schedule. If your gallery will take longer than expected, I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process so you know exactly what to expect.
Can we print our photos anywhere?
Yes! Every wedding gallery includes a personal print release, allowing you to print your photographs wherever you’d like. Your online gallery also offers professional print ordering for couples who would like high-quality prints and products delivered directly to their door.
Do you offer engagement sessions?
Yes! Engagement sessions are included with the Forever I Do Collection and Ultimate I Do Collection. They may also be added to the Intimate I Do Collection or Sweetheart I Do Collection for an extra fee of $150. Engagement sessions are a wonderful opportunity for us to get to know one another before your wedding day while creating beautiful photographs you can use for save-the-dates, invitations, your wedding website, or simply to celebrate this exciting season together.
What happens if it rains?
A few raindrops don’t usually stop me! If it’s light rain, I often continue as planned. If severe weather or heavy rain requires changes, we’ll discuss the best option together and, if needed, reschedule or adjust the timeline to ensure you still have a beautiful experience and gallery.
How many images will we receive?
The number of professionally edited images you receive depends on the wedding collection you choose. Each collection includes a specific number of images that are thoughtfully edited and delivered in a private online gallery with full-resolution downloads and a personal print release.
