Pregnancy announcement sessions are typically scheduled shortly after you're ready to share your exciting news. Every journey is different, so we'll choose a timing that feels right for you.
When should I schedule my maternity session?
Maternity sessions are typically photographed between 28–34 weeks, when your baby bump is beautifully visible but you're still comfortable enough to enjoy your session.
When should newborn sessions take place?
Newborn sessions are typically scheduled within the first 5–14 days after birth, but every baby is different. We'll work together to find the timing that best fits your family.
What happens if my baby arrives early or late?
No worries! Due dates are only an estimate. I'll stay flexible with my schedule so we can adjust your session as needed once your little one arrives.
Can siblings or grandparents be included?
Absolutely! I encourage immediate family members to be part of your session, and extended family is welcome when appropriate. Just let me know your plans when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you travel to hospitals and birth centers?
Yes! I offer Fresh 48 and Birth Photography at hospitals, birth centers, and home births (when available). We'll discuss all of the details during your planning process.
Can I use something from your client's closet?
Yes! My client closet is currently growing and will continue to expand with timeless pieces available for select sessions.
When will we receive our gallery?
My typical turnaround time is 2–4 weeks, depending on the season and my current editing schedule. If I anticipate your gallery taking longer, I'll always keep you updated throughout the process.
How do we reserve our session?
The first step is reaching out through my inquiry form! Once we've discussed your vision and chosen the perfect session or collection, I'll send over your contract and invoice. Your session is officially reserved once your signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.
