All specialty sessions may be held in studio, in-home, or outdoors unless the session requires a specific location such as a hospital or birth center.
Event coverage is available for birthday parties, baby showers, school events, corporate events, reunions, church functions, holiday parties, and other celebrations where you want the memories documented naturally as they happen. Coverage includes candid moments, guest interactions, detail shots, and posed group photos if requested. Images are delivered in a private online gallery with full download access and print release. A non-refundable down payment secures your date with the rest being due the day of the event or celebration.

Do you travel for events?
Yes! Travel is included within my standard service area. Events outside of that area may require a travel fee, which we’ll discuss during your consultation.
Do you photograph decorations and details?
Absolutely! I love capturing the thoughtful details you’ve spent time planning, from décor and venue setups to food, florals, and the special touches that make your event unique.
Can we take family photos during the event?
Of course! If you’d like group or family portraits, we’ll make time during your event to capture them.
When will we receive our gallery?
My typical turnaround time for a proof gallery is 7 days, depending on the season and my current editing schedule and the final gallery is up to 7 days also depending on the current editing schedule. If your gallery will take longer than expected, I’ll always keep you updated throughout the process.
How do we reserve our date?
The first step is reaching out through my inquiry form! Once we’ve discussed your event and selected the collection that best fits your celebration, I’ll send over your contract and invoice. Your date is officially reserved once your signed contract and non-refundable retainer have been received.
